Final Affirmative Determination on Sales of Chassis and Subassemblies from Vietnam
On April 24, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce found that certain chassis and subassemblies imported from Vietnam were sold in the United States at less than fair value during the investigation period July–December 2024. The weighted-average dumping margin for Thaco Special Vehicles Manufacturing Limited Company and the Vietnam-wide entity was 186.84%. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will suspend liquidation of relevant imports and maintain cash deposits, pending a final determination by the International Trade Commission on material injury to the domestic industry.
