Imports of Copper Tubes from Four Countries Subject to Registration

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1161 of 22 May 2026 subjects imports of copper tubes from China, Mexico, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan to customs registration. The action follows the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation under Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, based on a complaint by the EU Copper Tubes Defence Committee. Registration aims to enable retroactive levy of duties should anti-dumping measures be confirmed. The registration period is set for nine months from the regulation's entry into force.
