Bill 9040, titled 'To establish fair prices for prescription drugs,' was introduced and referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce as well as the Committees on the Judiciary and Financial Services. The bill seeks to regulate prescription drug pricing and is pending further committee consideration.

Minority Fellowship Program Reauthorization Bill
