Coverage of Medically Necessary Home Resiliency Services under Medicare
Bill 8749 was introduced to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide coverage of medically necessary home resiliency services under Medicare. The legislation has been referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means for further review.

Cancer Survivorship Standards and Continuum of Care
