Expanded Air Transport Agreement Between Canada and Nigeria

Project NoCargo Recovers 392 Stolen Vehicles from Canadian Marine Ports

The Canada Border Services Agency and the RCMP, backed by INTERPOL Ottawa and FINTRAC, reported the recovery of 392 stolen vehicles, valued at $28 million, through Project NoCargo launched in June 2025. The initiative targets fraudulent vehicle exports, with the RCMP investigating suspicious cases referred by CBSA and intercepting vehicles at marine ports in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. The project has disrupted organized crime networks exploiting vehicle finance fraud, which resulted in an estimated $900 million in insurance losses last year. Operation North Pacific Guard Completes Pacific Patrol Monitoring High Seas Fisheries
