Canada Announces $200 Million Investment in Sovereign Space Launch and Nova Scotia Spaceport

Minister David J. McGuinty announced a $200 million commitment over 10 years to lease a dedicated space-launch pad at a new Canso, Nova Scotia, spaceport operated by Maritime Launch Services.
