Broadcasting Licence Applications and Complaints Accepted by CRTC
The CRTC has opened the submission window for broadcasting licence renewals, amendments, and complaints, with applications posted between April 4 and April 24, 2025. The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation filed for renewals for CBSI-23 (Port-Menier, Quebec) and CHFA-6-FM (Fort McMurray, Alberta), while Bell Media Inc. submitted applications concerning USA Network and Oxygen True Crime for Canada-wide coverage. Deadlines for interventions and replies are set for May 12 and May 26, 2025, depending on the application.
