Federal Industrial Carbon Pricing Backs 38 Clean Tech Projects

On March 21, 2025, Environment and Climate Change Canada announced that nearly $150 million from the Output-Based Pricing System (OBPS) Proceeds Fund will support 38 projects. The funding aims to deploy clean technologies, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 544,100 tonnes by 2030. Consultations Launched on Steel Product Diversion Measures
