Amendments to Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations
Canada Gazette Part II published amendments to the Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations, focusing on fish habitat compensation plans. The amendments will result in the creation of 0.89 hectares of fish habitat to offset the destruction of 0.46 hectares due to mine expansion.
