Research and Development Spending Stable
Statistics Canada reported that in-house spending on research and development by Canadian private non-profit organizations remained stable at $232 million in 2023, similar to $230 million in 2022. The distribution of spending across geographic regions and fields of R&D has not seen significant changes.
